If it was up to the kids, they would have just eaten some icing and candy and called it finished! However, as tradition has it, we built our gingerbread house on Saturday. Low and behold like most men, Lee didn't feel the need to read the directions. I mean, it is a gingerbread house...If they can build real houses why do they need to read directions for an edible one? Next time, he probably should let the icing dry before having to hold up the sides of the roof with juice boxes...but it did finally dry! Thank God he is like my own McGuyver! Love you hun!

It looks great! If you recall, we read the directions 10 times til Tuesday last year and those silly houses we made would have looked crappy even by Newark standards! Maybe boys really are better at some stuff than girls!
