Our PA Tour

On April 14th we were loaded up and ready for our long but exciting trip. Sort of a triangle if you map out. We left Watertown and headed to Pittsburgh first. We decided to break up the trip though and take a detour down memory lane. Neither Lee or I have been back to the college we attended and met at since we graduated. It was awesome. It brought back a flood of memories! Some things look the same but there are so many new buildings including a new football field. We hope to get back in the fall for a game! After a 5 hour trip, we checked in to the hotel and then headed to Presque Isle Park, a favorite of ours and let the kids burn off some energy. That night we ordered in and slept like logs. The next morning we packed up and headed downtown to Gannon. First stop--to see Lee's professor that introduced us. We decided to surprise her and she was beyond thrilled. Then we walked around campus and took a ton of pictures. Before heading out we swung by the tower on the Lake where we shared many special moments. It was a great stop on our way to Pittsburgh.

That is so awesome that you got to experience your first trip back to Gannon with your kids. I'm so happy you were able to do that!

What wonderful memories. It's so funny that you and Lee went to college together and so did Roland and I. We were just talking about heading to Oswego for day to check it out.
