YUMMY YUMMY
Jen and I definitely had our share of yummy treats in NYC--however I think she will be jealous when she sees this one! It was hot that day and we promised Jake a few stops for ice cream. We left the park and went on an ice cream hunt. As soon as we left the park I saw this truck! OMG It was fresh Belgian waffles with a variety of toppings. I had one with vanilla ice cream and nutella and Jake had one with strawberries and whip cream. They were huge and delish! We shared and enjoyed!

We have to go on a truck crawl next time in NYC, what flipping fun!
YES!!! Waffles, Korean BBQ, lobster rolls, mini cupcakes -- you name it, we'll find it on a truck! But seriously, those waffles were off the charts...
So THIS is what you were talking about!!!! Down in Union Square they have an area with a ton of gourmet food trucks parked...eat non-stop!
