Stronger and Stronger

We decided in January to sign Jacob up for Kidnastics again. It was a chance to get him out of the house and get back to some physical activity besides hockey. It also has become a "date night". He and I get to hang out and do some errands after and Lee and Lindsey get some time together. Jacob has been doing great in class and getting stronger with each session. Last night Ms Erin invited us to come in at the end of class to take pictures. Pictures don't do him justice, next week I will see if I can video a bit. He was able to hold a pike position on the uneven bar upside down, even Ms Erin was impressed. He was also the only one in his class able to do a front handspring. Yep, that is what I said, he was able to flip off his hands and into the ball pit without help! It was crazy and amazing! No fear! He is really funny. He can do a handstand with a little help but for the life of him, can't figure out how to do a cartwheel! I think we will do a few more weeks then take swim lessons. He has been asking daily to take swim with his buddy Seth!

Wow. He's going to be the world's first gymnast/hockey player! I can only imagine all the things he is going to teach Lindsey. Lindsey, be afraid, be very afraid!
